399 Boylston Street is a high-end commercial property in Boston with an excellent location, a wealth of nearby amenities, and panoramic views of the city. Our client, Equity Office, wanted a marketing video to advertise the building’s newly remodeled 13th floor, lobby and front entrance.

Our lively promotional video for 399 Boylston combines an audio track selected by Equity Office with on-location videography, aerial videography, and photos of the office space. Motion graphics highlight key amenities and our photo-realistic renderings help viewers see the space as a finished project.

Equity Office wanted to showcase two different types of office layouts: a modern technology office featuring an innovative open work environment; and more traditional offices with individual work spaces and a presidential office suite with polished finishes, overlooking Boston Common and the Charles River. Our renderings of the interior and exterior spaces are cohesive and appropriate for each design and capture the beautiful city views.
